In a 2-hour clinic led by professionals, we pay attention to both the physical (60 minutes) and technical (60 minutes) to get you ready for the new season without delays and injuries.
Our advice during the vacation period:
It is wise to consciously take some time off from soccer during the vacation period so that you can start the new season with extra freshness and eagerness.
If you train intensively 3 or 4 times a week during the season and/or play matches, we recommend taking two to three weeks of active rest. Put your soccer boots temporarily in the closet and go swimming, cycling or play tennis instead. The most important thing is that you become physically and mentally fresh again.
Do you train once or twice a week at the most and do you play a match at the weekend? Then in principle you don't need real rest and you could use the vacation to get stronger and faster. However, it's a good idea to take at least 2 weeks off your soccer boots so that you can start looking forward to the new season with extra enthusiasm!
